It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved wife and mother after a long battle with NASH.

Elsie’s greatest passions were her grandkids, painting, gardening and carving. Her talent excelled in all of them.

Elsie will be sorely missed by her husband of 48 years, James and Rikki our Havenesse dog; daughter Candice (Mike), grandkids Alex and Miranda; daughter Kimberly (Ron), grandkids Sidney and Kesh; sister Beverly (Lloyd); special thanks to sister Evelyn (Gale) and brother Walter (Mary-Ann); cousin Pat (Bob), in addition to all our family and friends for their help in our time of need.

Again, a special thank you to Dr. P. Gee, Dr. S. Manktelow, the doctors and nurses of the Comox Valley Hospital Emergency Room and the nursing staff of 2P2, Hospice, Red Cross and community nurses for their help in comforting Elsie.

Elsie ~ you will be Forever in our Hearts.
