Too soon we’ve lost our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend.

 Nancy is survived by her devoted husband of thirty three years, Alan; daughters, Marilee Alexander (Cory), and Lisa Miller; grandsons, Colby and Carter; sister-in-law, Laura (Rick); nephew, Greg (Caitlin); niece, Kim (Doug); great-niece, Seren; furry friend, Jazzy; as well as many extended family and friends.

Nancy spent 37 years teaching in Port Alberni.  After many summers camping in Qualicum, Nancy and Alan decided to make it their home when she retired in 2004. For forty years, her TOPS groups were her second family. She always crafted as a hobby. After retirement, she found her true passion in quilting, and made cherished new friends to share that with. Many of us are fortunate to have one of her beautiful pieces in our home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 in the Allsbrook Room at Yates Memorial Services, 1000 Allsbrook Road in Parksville. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
