COVID19 Response

**Response to COVID-19**

We will continue to update our page based on the best fact supported news and guidance from the Provincial Authorities. Please check this pinned post for any updates. As a company, I believe it is paramount to be a leader in the profession and community on taking precautions. These are precautions to protect our community and staff, not a fear based response. Our hope is that we can look back at this period knowing that we did enough or too much, not that we could have done more. This will not last forever, so let’s embrace change and support each other.

As of Monday, March 16, we will continue our regular business hours to provide our essential service to the community. As we always do, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that staff and client safety is our number one priority. Being in the funeral profession, this is something that we always have and always will do. We understand the vulnerability of the population we serve on a day to day basis and take our role very seriously.

For those that are concerned about their own health or are in self isolation, there are a variety of ways your needs can still be met. Please call us 24 hours a day if you are in need and we will find a way to adapt our services to your needs. Modern technology allows us to accomplish necessary tasks in a variety of ways. Home, phone, and email arrangements are all possible.

Our firsts steps are as follows:

  1. Increasing disinfecting process in all client facing operations.
  2. Encouraging and supporting all staff with any symptoms to stay home or work in isolation.
  3. Limiting gatherings to small groups. Live-streaming and recording will be provided at no cost.
  4. Adapting our services to your needs.

Take care and stay tuned for updates should there need be any. We are here for our community in a time of uncertainty.

Bradd Tuck,

General Manager
