Alice LITTLE Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alice Catherine Little at the age of 87. Mom left us in the early evening hours of Friday, November 1, 2019 surrounded by her children, at Fir Park Village in Port Alberni.

Born on November 22, 1931 in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Alice was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Robert “Bob” Little. She is survived by her children, Donna Marie (John-deceased) Dodge of Port Alberni, Alan David (Sandy) Little of Kelowna, and Brian Robert (Linda) Little of Port Alberni; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

As a "Stay at Home Mom", she had great patience as our yard was always full of the neighbourhood kids as well as her own!! We loved her for that. Mom also enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, and her family. She also never missed an episode of Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy.

Mom enjoyed time with her Sunshine Club friends and found solace on Sundays at the Catholic Church, Holy Family/Notre Dame.

The family want to thank the staff at Fir Park Village for the wonderful, compassionate care they gave Mom in her final weeks.

In keeping with Mom's wishes there will be no formal service.
