Winnifred SIMPSON

1929 - 2018

Winnifred passed away peacefully on January 8, 2018, at the age of 88.  Predeceased by her beloved Husband Archie, Daughter-in-law Maxine, Daughter Velma Innes, Brother Louis and Sister Rosanna.

Winnie will be sadly missed by her sons, Percy and Brian (Suvanna),  daughters Colleen (Lauras) Kelly and Barb (Barrie) Provencal, her 13 grandchildren, Kevin (Rena) & Darren (Illiana) Simpson, Rhonda, Karen & Robyn Innes, Brianna & Denaye Simpson, Bill (Kristie), Matt (Lauren) & Crystal Kelly, Chad (Amanda), Sarah (Kyle) & Lauren Provencal, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews in BC and Alberta.

A Memorial Tea will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 2018, at 1:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #293, 4680 Victoria Quay, Port Alberni, BC. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Daryl Lund and the staff at Echo Village for the excellent care shown to our mother over the past years.
