Bernadette Rae Obituary

Bernadette Fabiola Rae, age 85, passed away to be with her Lord on Sunday Oct 15th in Parksville, BC.

She joined her husband of 57 years in heaven, Edwin Leon Rae (predeceased).

Bernadette is survived by her children, Wayne and Wendy.

She will be missed by her brother Robert and sister Beatrice. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Brandon, Lauren & Connor, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Bernadette was predeceased by her parents, Helene Florence (nee Belcourt) of Lac Ste. Anne and Albert Francis Xavier Donahue of St. Albert, and her older brothers Albert, Gerry & Harvey.

Bernadette was a successful career woman for 20 years, working with her husband Ed to build a good life for her family. Her devotion towards the well being of her children and grandchildren will always be remembered.

Bernadette had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. She served her family, friends & community throughout her life. Bernadette was an accomplished musician and song writer and performer. One song she wrote & recorded provides a true description of Bernadette's character, she had a kind & loving "Mother's Heart".
