Obituary
We are sad to announce the passing of David. He was born and lived most of his life in Tofino.
David leaves behind his wife of 60 years, Judy; son, Russell (Erica); grandchildren, Kurt (Coby) and Amy (Nathan). He also leaves behind son, Scott and grandchildren, Braiden and Jodi.
David had retired from a long career as part owner and operator of the Gibson Bros. Contracting in Tofino. Within the past two years, David and Judy moved from Tofino and made Port Alberni their home. David’s West Coast recollections were most impressive. David could be described as quiet in nature and was well loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
