It is with great sadness, that we as a family have lost Frank Parker Eccleston.
He passed peacefully at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in Nanaimo, B.C. He was the most humble and passive gentleman. He lived a very long life of 99 years and all that knew him were blessed to have him on earth for that beautiful amount of time.
He leaves behind a son Kenneth Lyle Eccleston (namesake), four step-children, Frank Fletcher, Janet Lacroix, Lynn Fletcher (deceased), Ellen Mathieson. And many grandchildren, Jesse Parker Chavarie Eccleston (namesake), Janice Paxton, Corine Wilson, Jamie Fletcher, Jackie Fletcher, Ryan Fletcher, Jeff Lacroix, Lori Brown, Connie Dundas, Bill Mathieson, Mike Mathieson, Steven Mathieson.
He also has many great grand children as many as 15 so far. He had many different jobs and lotsa fun activities outside with skiing being one of his lifelong passions. He was a veteran of WWII, with the Canadian Air Force and stationed in Comox BC. Loved taking pictures, water skiing, tennis and woodwork at different points of his life. He will be truly missed and honoured in life and death in every-way.
