Obituary
It is with great sadness to announce that Marjorie (Pat) D'Andrea passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her daughters Sheryl (Jason) Low and Marilyn (ken) Haaf, son in law Mike Roberts and daughter in law Betty Jong, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Giovanni D’Andrea (November 1972), sons Robert Beaudion (November 2006), Steven D’Andrea (July 2017) and daughter Shelly D'Andrea (April 2023)
Grams or Omaha to the grandchildren, was born in Vancouver and lived in several locations such as Lasquetti Island, Port Alice and Port Alberni before staying in Parksville where they settled to raise their family. Pat loved gardening and cooking but her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great grandchildren, family meant everything to her.
The family would like to give a thank you to the cancer agency of Victoria for everything they have done and to the nurses, care aids and staff of Eagle Park Health Care Facility thank you for being her extended family.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the cancer agency or the Eagle Park recreation department.
