Rainer HARTMANN Obituary

Rainer passed away in Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on November 14, 2020 at the age of 76 years. He was born in Germany on September 7, 1944 and immigrated to Kitimat, B.C. when he was 12 years old.

He worked for Alcan and made Kitimat his home until moving to Qualicum Beach 20 years ago to enjoy retired life. He had many passions over the years including soccer, bowling, curling, fishing, orchid growing and playing bridge.

He is predeceased by his father Erwin, mother Gertrude and sister Inge. He is survived by his wife Anne of 47 years and nephew Toni. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Rest in peace my love.
