Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rita Anne Paul, friend, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother.
Rita is survived by 2 daughters: Brenda Paul and Bonnie Paul,1 granddaughter Ashley Marie,3 brothers: Jim Buckingham, Roay and Peter, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
Rita was very involved in the community and was nominated volunteer of the year (Parksville BC) 2002.
She was very involved a 12 Step Program of Recovery; which changed her life completely. She was blessed with peace, love and serenity. Rita loved people, always lent a helping hand, and firmly believed: “ it is in giving that you receive”. A small part of the St. Francis of Assisi prayer. Donations can be made to the SOS, Salvation Army or Haven House.
