William LAPLANTE Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William LaPlante, a beloved member of the Port Alberni community and a dedicated employee of the Cameron Division for 43 years.

William, affectionately known as Bill, was born in St-Eugene De Guigues Quebec in 1932 and lived a life filled with hard work and unwavering commitment. His passion for his work and his dedication were evident to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Beverley; sons, Rocky (Patti) and Todd.

On October 5th, Bill passed away peacefully at the West Coast General Hospital in Port Alberni. His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends. He will be missed but never forgotten.

In lieu of lowers the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Bill's honour.
