The family of Andre (Red) Brazzale are deeply saddened by his sudden passing on November 24, 2018. Andre is survived by his wife of 37 years, Diane; children, Andrew (Nicole) and Elise; parents, John and Laurel; brothers, Remy (Holly), John (Debora), and Mario (Paulette); and his grandchildren, Ryder, Steven, Ava and Connor; and many nieces and nephews.
Andre Lawrence Brazzale was born in Kenora, Ontario, on May 5, 1957 and has lived in Port Alberni most of his life where he worked in the logging industry for 44 years. He has been retired for over a year, and during that time has enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping with the horses and working on his hobby farm. He loved to host family events and could often be found cooking a turkey or at the barbecue. Andre was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it, especially to his family members.
Although Andre will be sorely missed by many friends and family members, we are comforted in knowing that he is at peace and free of pain.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1:00 -3:00 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 293, 4680 Victoria Quay in Port Alberni.
