June SNEDDON

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of June, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Married for 70 years to Roy, the love of her life and best friend.

Mother to her four girls; Sandy (Al), Gail (Steven), Nancy (Jens), and Shirley (Don).

Grandmother of seven grandchildren; Tammy (Vince), Dean (Erin), Jenelle (Dave), Troy (Rosie), Christy, Casey (Sunny), and Lisa.

Great grandmother of eleven; Brianna, Lene, Geoffrey, Kailem, Mayha, Jaala, Trey, Matthea, Christian, Samantha, and Amias.

Predeceased by the entire William and Georgia Ebbett clan, including six sisters and two brothers. Being the youngest of her clan set the milestone for the extensive family.

Mom was at her happiest when all the family came together for dinners and celebrations. Bonfires on the beach, star gazing on warm summer nights, singing with everyone around the player piano, or just a quiet tea-time with her friends and daughters. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 1:00PM at Yates Memorial Services, 1000 Allsbrook Rd., Parksville.

Special thanks to Dr. Penny Bartlett for all the special care and kindness that you gave to Mom throughout the years. And to the “Angels” at Trillium Hospice – we are forever grateful for the wonderful care and attention you bestowed on Mom through the final days of her life. Thank you!
