Evelyn Anne (Anderson) DOL

With great sadness we share the passing of Evelyn, better known to her friends and family as Lynn, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.  Lynn leaves to forever miss her, her husband of 6 years, Martin; son, Chris (Elnaz); daughter, Cherilyn; her beloved grandson, Payten; brother, Gary (Denise); Niece, Sheridin; great nieces,  Paige and Emily; close friends, Lee and Bob Creighton, Tom and Raylene Thompson, Leslie Myhre, Richard Hall; as well as many other extended friends and family members.  She was predeceased by her parents, Betty and Bill Anderson.

Lynn was happiest in her garden, having coffee with her friends, or going for walks.  She was so proud of her family, especially Payten, and devoted her life to taking care of her kids and grandson.

The family extend heartfelt thanks to Dr Kitsoff, Dr Smit, and all the wonderful staff at Rainbow Gardens for the kind and compassionate care they gave Lynn during her time with them.  We are forever grateful.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Lynn from 1:00 – 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Cherry Creek Hall, 3720 Moore Road in Port Alberni.   In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Lynn's memory may do so by making a donation in her name to Rainbow Gardens.
